SHIPPING POLICY
Smokey's Vape & Smoke Shop is proud to now offer a free shipping option for all USA orders. Smokey's Vape & Smoke ships all orders via the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, and FedEx.
Free Shipping orders will be processed with the cheapest shipping option with delivery times ranging from 2-9 business days. Expedited services such as 1-3 Day Shipping are also available for an additional charge.

In order to qualify for Free Shipping on all USA orders, Smokey's Vape & Smoke requires a minimum purchase of $50 per order. You may still complete a purchase for less than the minimum order amount; however, you will be required to pay shipping charges.
RETURN POLICY
NO REFUNDS UNLESS DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED / WRONG ITEM

The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges. If you are returning a damaged/wrong item, you will receive a full refund upon receiving the item back to our warehouse. Please do not ship items back to the store without opening a return case.

Please note that ALL ITEMS must be returned in new, unused condition. If we receive items back that have been used, you will not be refunded.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

In the unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, simply begin the return process by contacting smokeys4709@gmail.com.
Buyer will pay the shipping costs to receive the item back to our warehouse. Once we have received the item back your refund will be issued within 48 business hours. If you'd still like to receive the product you will then need to place a new order.
Important: All items are quality checked before leaving the warehouse. Please fully inspect your item before use for any damage in transit, as items will not be replaced or refunded after use.
